I absolutely love crocheting. Then my son asked for a knitted sweater... I started it, and while I was knitting, my son grew. The sweater is too small, not finished yet, and sitting in the corner :-(

From the sound of it, you can either unravel it and start over, or keep the sweater you started as a keepsake.

Maybe you could keep knitting your UFO 👽 for another child and cast on a new one for your son?
