Not exactly exciting—crocheting is always the same old thing 🤣—but I’m trying out a tip I found on Instagram. And I’m working on the last few pillowcases for my sofas; it looks so much better now that they’re not all white. Just three more to go, and I’ll be done. I made some with hotel closures, but that’s not quite ideal for sofa cushions that actually get used. Now I’m making covers with zippers, but that takes me a while—I’m not quite as skilled at sewing as I am at crocheting or knitting.

Nothing exciting on the horizon, but I started a new embroidery project yesterday



  There’s supposed to be a flea market and a parade in the neighboring town today—but it’s raining terribly. Let’s see what the day brings—maybe there’ll be a break in the rain for a walk.

Otherwise, I’ll be embroidering and maybe doing some sewing.

We had guests all day yesterday, so I’m glad that today I can do whatever I want again. But that’s not entirely true, of course. When you have a garden, you have chores. The ripe plums won’t wait.

That’s why I’ve already gathered a big bowl of plums today and turned them into jam. I also added 1 kg of blackberries, which are now cooling in jam jars. 

But now it’s time for crafts! Have a wonderful Sunday, everyone.
