what yarn / material are you working with right now?

Right now, I’m working/crocheting with a 3-ply yarn cake from Traumgarne (it’s been sitting in my closet for a while).
I’m making a triangular shawl out of it (pattern from here)

I’m currently crocheting with 100% cotton while traveling by car

Two days ago, I finished a summer sweater made from ribbon yarn.
It’s comfortable to wear on warm days.

Now I’m finishing up a project that’s been waiting to be completed for a long time:
a sweater made from alpaca yarn. But that one’s for winter, and I only knit it in my nice, cool apartment. 😉

Right now, I’m knitting a shawl using virgin wool from an Irish hand-dyeing studio and a fine yarn made of baby alpaca and silk. This will surely keep me busy for a while; the pattern is quite complicated.

I’m currently working with a 100% polyacrylic variegated yarn—it was a complete kit for a narrow shawl or wider scarf, including patterns, and it looks like it’s going to turn out really nice.

I’m working with Hobbii’s Bobbeln yarn—I just love it! It always goes perfectly with my shawls, stoles, and scarves! It’s a joy to work with, and I’ve never had any problems with it. I’m just so excited about it!
