Happy weekend and a good start to June

The sun is shining wonderfully here, and it looks like it’s going to be a beautiful day. 

I’ve got a bit of gardening, reading, bread baking, and a little crafting planned.

Dear Petra, it’s pretty much the same here. A little bit of everything—that’s just how I like it. Except instead of baking bread, we’ve already baked rolls today. We’re about to have coffee and cake in the garden, and I’m excited to see how my audiobook continues. I’ve already watered the garden today, too. Now everything can grow, and I can relax.

The weather app is warning of severe storms, but here it’s sunny and very pleasant—not at all muggy yet.
I’ve already continued knitting my scarf and cut out a teddy bear pattern; I’ve done my weekend shopping, and the laundry’s already done—it’s going to be a cozy weekend!
