Scissors Pouch

I got some new scissors—they’re really beautiful and cut very well—but I can’t just put them in a box; that would be such a waste for these four scissors. So late last night, I rummaged through my scrap fabric box for some suitable fabric. :-) I found what I was looking for, and today I measured the scissors, then cut out the fabric and sewed the case. I added a slightly thicker piece of faux leather at the bottom so the sharp scissors wouldn’t pierce through the fabric of the case right away. I sewed it as a roll-up case, so I can store it in the closet without taking up much space. The whole thing took just an hour to finish. :-)
