House Suit

I sewed myself a loose, comfy cozy house suit—jump in and feel good :-))) I made the pant legs extra longer than I actually need, so I can even hide my feet down there sometimes :-))

Dear Inge, you busy bee, your cozy loungewear set is just the thing for this lousy weather. Is it made of winter sweatshirting with a soft inside?

I’m currently working with this fabric. I traded for some in my swap group and sewed it up. The inside is so soft and cozy. I’m totally in love with the fabric.

Looking at you like this, I could imagine that you could sew the top a little shorter. The long top compresses your proportions a bit. It would look better proportion-wise if the top were about 10 cm shorter. It would still cover your hips, but show a little more leg.

I think it’s great how you sewed it. Personally, I couldn’t stand something that warm.
I already sweat in short-sleeved shirts—I’ve completely banned warm clothes from my wardrobe.
