Thick Yarn

Hi everyone,

I got a few skeins of thick yarn in a "surprise bag".
Needle sizes range from 7 to about 10.
Unfortunately, I'm a little short on ideas for how to use them. Most of them are single skeins, mainly blends.
I'd love some inspiration!

Thick yarn is ideal if you want to knit cushion covers, and blankets can also be knitted beautifully with thick yarn.

Since you only have individual skeins, I’d recommend making a patchwork blanket. Knit one square from each skein, then arrange them all to match and sew them together at the end.

Or you could knit or crochet just one row at a time. In the end, that’ll make a blanket, too.

Or maybe I could combine two or three skeins that go well together to make a loop scarf. Start by determining the height, knit, and then sew the ends together once you’ve reached the desired circumference.

Or maybe a headband? 

I think it would have helped all of us if you’d posted a picture with your question. That way, it’s easier to imagine what we might make with it ourselves.
