I really enjoy using shades of blue for doll clothes, since that is my granddaughter’s favorite color. For the 30 cm dress-up dolls, you only need a little yarn, so this is a great way to use up leftovers.

In winter, the little dolls naturally go ice skating too. The blonde doll is wearing a white
ice-skating costume with mint-colored trim, and the black-haired one is wearing a dark blue costume with white trim. There are matching earmuffs as well. You can also make the ice skates yourself. In the pattern, I show you 2 different options: one made with hot glue (left) and one made with silk clay (right).

Winter is ball season! So that your little doll looks great at every ball, she naturally needs at least one ball gown too. In the close-fitting, off-the-shoulder
evening dress “Peacock Princess”, she is sure to be crowned queen of the ball. The pattern for the fan and the headdress to match the dress is also included.

And while we’re on the subject of princesses: This dress really is a proper
princess dress. The overdress is crocheted from silver glitter yarn. The underdress is a leftover piece of foil jersey that was left over from a carnival costume. It is simply cut into a rectangle and tacked under the overdress. Nothing needs to be hemmed because the foil jersey does not fray.
