Are you looking for an unusual gift wrap idea for starting school?

This school satchel has a very delicate and romantic look, and if this style is exactly what you have in mind, you can make it yourself using my templates and the illustrated pattern.



The satchel is made from photo cardstock and measures approx. 21 x 21.5 x 10 cm (I measured without the handle and straps). It is not especially suitable for crafting beginners, but with a little experience on similar projects you’ll be able to recreate it easily.

How about a few original crocheted bookmarks? They’re quick to make, you’re sure to have leftover yarn at home, and that way you’ll always have a little gift on hand.
