Only cotton tops in summer?

Dear users, dear authors,
is cotton in summer the only material that you like to wear? Which material is also suitable for summer?

I prefer cotton all year round, even for sweaters. But linen is also very comfortable in the summer.

I recommend cotton because it’s breathable and you don’t end up sweating buckets.
Actually, all fabrics of natural origin are suitable, including silk and cotton-viscose blends.

I love viscose in the summer! It’s light and breathable.
With silk, unfortunately, you can tell right away when you’re sweating.

I love cotton, and for slightly cooler days, a cotton blend works too. I like linen, but I hardly have any… For really hot days, I’ve sewn myself some viscose dresses. They feel like a breath of fresh air against the skin—very comfortable. They wash quickly and dry almost even faster.
  I also have a shirt made of synthetic fiber. Unfortunately, I don’t know what kind—I received the fabric remnant as a gift. It was actually meant to be a test piece. But it’s super comfortable to wear.
