Working with White, Gray, and Beige

A little lamb has to be white, of course! I crocheted this one with plush yarn so it’s nice and soft and cuddly. It’s intended as a music box for a baby. But of course you can also crochet the lamb with a different yarn. If you use thinner yarn, it will turn out small enough to fit into a Christmas nativity scene.




The guardian angel night light is kept in simple natural white. Only the wings and the wreath in its hair are silver. The angel is about 20 cm tall and is placed over an LED light that can be controlled with a remote. A warm, not too bright light shines through the openwork pattern in the robe. This way, the angel protects children who are afraid of the dark at night without disturbing healthy sleep.




And anotherguardian angel, also in white and silver. It is crocheted with thin filet yarn and therefore has to be treated generously with spray starch so that it stands nicely. But it is definitely an eye-catcher—not just during the Christmas season.

Granny squares look very elegant in white. Whether as a blanket or for a pillow, especially now in summer, they brighten up our garden corner or garden shed.

These half-masks offer your kids a quick way to transform themselves. Both masks are already colored and just need to be printed, cut out, and fitted with elastic cords.

Gray isn’t really my favorite color. But sometimes I like the quality so much that I even knit doll clothes from it. Here are a few examples from me.

Cardigan in a variable length for dolls

Here, a soft gray sock yarn (a leftover) has become a cardigan for my fashion doll. It was knitted as a top-down raglan. We start with the collar and end at the hem. The length of the cardigan is variable.





Princess Dress

White is, of course, the classic color for wedding dresses. So I knitted myself a beautiful fairytale dress from very fluffy yarn. You could certainly get married in it or go to the ball, right? If you like, you can combine it with a second color or work in beads as well. You can combine different versions of a sleeve shawl with the dress.

This cuddly-soft newborn jacket has a few lovely details that can easily be knitted in, for example the heart lace pattern and the hood. A beautiful and fitting gift for a birth—both for boys and for girls.
