Are you currently facing any crafting challenges?

Dear users, dear authors,
Are you currently facing any challenges with your crafting, or are there new techniques you haven’t quite mastered yet?

Yes—I’m working on a knitted hat.
I’ve already started over several times.

Not necessarily because it’s hard to make, but because I’m having trouble concentrating right now.

I also learned to knit just a few weeks ago, have now finished my first dress, and am currently working on my second one—this time with a little pattern. That’s a bit of a challenge :)

I’m working on a pillowcase. I’m not entirely happy with it because the layout isn’t quite what I had in mind. Now I have to figure out how to finish embroidering it.

Then there’s the zipper. That’ll be a challenge, too, since I still need more practice. 

Challenges 😁—three of them, actually... I was soooo bored. I remodeled my small board loom and am weaving again. There are sooo many different techniques that I’m trying them all out. While browsing the internet, I stumbled across a video 😊—needle binding... and yes, I have that lying around here too—it’s actually been in the bottom drawer for quite a while. Now it’s in my craft basket 😁 and I’ve started working on a bag for tonight. The basic shape is made of “plastic canvas,” and then you can embroider it, crochet it—whatever comes to mind. I’m just not quite sure yet how to attach the closures to the front of the bag. I have these “magnetic buttons”—made of metal—with little “tabs” that you’re supposed to “push through the fabric and bend back on the other side”… We’ll see; I’m not done with the decoration yet.....
