Craft toys / dolls / teddy bears now // also great as a gift for the first day of school

I crocheted this kindergarten bag for my first granddaughter. She was very happy with it, and it is still happily in use, even though she has long since started school. My second granddaughter also wanted a bag like this, and for her too, it is one of the things she loves most.

This bag always has to come along on outings. It is crocheted very sturdily, has a double base, and an adjustable strap that grows with the child.

Of course, doll clothes are also among the most popular toys, especially for little (and also grown-up) doll moms. This summer outfit for dolls measuring approx. 45-50 cm is definitely part of the basic wardrobe. It can be knitted quickly and easily from leftover yarn and is sure to bring lots of joy.

How about a paper doll? This classic toy is a fun activity for children as well as parents and grandparents: Adults can not only help with cutting out the pieces but also get creative in designing new models.

After a sunny day at the beach, the dolls naturally want to make themselves comfortable at home on the couch or bed. And for that they need lots of pillows and a rug. That looks inviting, doesn’t it? And you need only a tiiiny amount of material. So you can easily crochet a few extra pillows in different sizes. The doll moms love playing with them.
