Hardworking little elves: busy in the garden?

Dear users, dear authors,
dear little elves,
are you busy crafting or would you rather go out into the garden?

Today I’m busy crocheting. I saw some crocheted wind chimes and am crocheting some for my little corner of the garden.

The weather here is so stormy that gardening isn’t any fun. I’m waiting for nicer weather again. The tulips and daffodils are fading, and the columbines are blooming. 

It got stormy yesterday afternoon, and today it’s raining on and off, but there isn’t much gardening to do since the landlord cleared out the garden.



I’m glad the stumps are sprouting again. That way, things are getting a little greener. My neighbors have parked their bikes in the flower bed by the front entrance, so there are no flowers there.

My *garden* consists of 4 flower boxes ranging from 40 cm to 120 cm in length. Over the past few weeks, I’ve sown colorful wildflowers and short sunflowers in them again. I hope they’ll come up just as well as they did last year. These boxes are in our courtyard, currently still up against the house wall, because they’re a bit more sheltered there than if they were right next to the fence
