Potholders don’t have to be boring. Here I’ll show you a few examples from my shop that are perfect for January:

Christmas is over, but it’s still winter. These
potholders with a snowman and snow woman will fit wonderfully in your kitchen! They are very easy to crochet, because they are essentially made of circles. If you crochet them double so that you can slip your hand inside, you’ll need about 120 g of white cotton yarn and leftovers in black, blue, pink, and orange for both potholders.

The
Coffee Cup Potholder is also a great fit for the winter season, when you’re making yourself cozy at home with a cup of fragrant coffee. This potholder is also crocheted double, and you’ll need about 60 g of dark red cotton yarn and 30 g of white yarn of the same quality.

Of course, the coffee cup also needs the
Milk Jug Potholder, in the same design, also crocheted double, but this time in blue. Yarn required: about 60 g of blue cotton yarn and 30 g in white.
