Busy little elves: how are the Christmas preparations going?

Are your Christmas preparations going well?

I’m hard at work… crocheting dish towels as gifts.

One gift after another… I still have plenty of ideas. 

Like every year, I’m falling behind on my ideas. With two small children, there just isn’t enough time to put all my ideas into action

My mom wanted a horse to hang on her wall... I found a template, but the problem is that I need it in DIN A3—it’ll be easier to cut out that way. The template is in A4... Actually, I’d drive to a copy shop right now and have it enlarged—if there were one around here.... Then I had the idea to scan half of an A4 sheet and adjust it to fit the side. Good plan—if only my Adobe would work.... I still have a little time left... I’m already thinking about building myself a pantograph 🤔
Does anyone else have an idea? 

Can’t you enlarge it on your computer, print out the individual pieces like a sewing pattern, and then glue them together?

I don’t really have much to do for Christmas. I’m still knitting a few mice for a friend, but I’ll be done with those tomorrow, and that’ll be it.

For that, I need a working laptop 🙈 mine is from 2009 and it no longer wants to “accept” Adobe Reader, and I need that to “edit” it ... 
My son is coming over for coffee tomorrow; maybe he’ll have an idea... 
At the moment, things are a bit chaotic here 😳
I actually have a pregnant dog who doesn’t quite know what’s happening to her, and a cat with mild dementia who then comes to me because she needs something, but by the time she has “hobbled” over to me, she’s forgotten again... Then I walk through the house with her until she remembers... to the front door, maybe she wanted to go out? Nope, then into the kitchen—hey, your food isn’t in the kitchen....if none of that works, she annoys the dog 🤨
