Filling St. Nicholas boots / St. Nicholas gifts

Dear users, dear designers,
do you have handmade St. Nicholas boots for St. Nicholas Day, and if so, what fits inside?

Last year, I sewed one for our grandson. The boot was made from an old pair of jeans. I also knitted the top part.

You can fit little trinkets inside; on St. Nicholas Day, the kids usually just get socks with Christmas motifs, and for our grandson, I add a piece of chocolate.
