my dashboard says: Your email address hasn't been confirmed yet. Please confirm.....
But I did exactly that at the beginning!?
I then tried to get around the system again and clicked on “Change email address,” but entered the same email address again. It always says: “The change was successful,” but I don’t receive a new email as expected where I can confirm the email address :-/ There’s nothing in the spam folder either.
Does anyone else have this problem?
Unfortunately, I also don’t receive an email when one of my products is sold.
However, I do get an email when a product is listed for sale or when a change is approved.
I tried to change my password over the weekend—that doesn’t work either. I get the message “The password was entered incorrectly” (or something like that). It still doesn’t work today—not even when I copy the password and paste the same one into both fields—and not even with a different browser (not in Chrome, not in Mozilla Firefox, not in Opera).
That could be, WollholicClaudia—I can only speak for the period from Sunday until today—and it just wasn’t working then. There might be a bug in there (and those sometimes sneak in with necessary updates), but only Alexander and the developers can clarify that.
