Who is allowed to post patterns?

I have one more question before I lay low again (I don’t want to flood the forum) :)

Can anyone who has the necessary know-how post patterns here?
Or are there any restrictions?
No, I don’t want to post a pattern—I’m just asking out of curiosity.
Since I’m hanging out here anyway, I’d like to understand how it all works.

I just thought that maybe you personally know the people who upload patterns here or something.
But there’s nothing about that in the link.

is it actually okay to ask whether it’s being well received by the sellers? Are the sellers happy with it?
It’s just that sellers do show up here in the forum every now and then and occasionally write something, but they seem to be more busy creating patterns than writing forum posts, which is a good thing too, because then there are more new patterns.
for me _as a non-seller_ what’s being offered to the sellers here looks good, but I don’t really know much about that side of things either.
This is the first platform I’ve been hanging around on where patterns are actually sold.
I don’t know how it works elsewhere, so please forgive my naive questions.
