Dear users, dear authors,
Valentine’s Day is over, but you can care about people regardless of that. If you like, you can start crafting for Mother’s Day and Father’s Day. Have fun with it.

Mother’s Day 2023: Sunday, May 14, 2023
Father’s Day 2023: Thursday, May 18, 2023

@Authors,
2–3 patterns per author are enough. All patterns presented here must not have been presented in the forum in the past 3 weeks, must each have at least 10 sales and a conversion rate of at least 3% for both conversion rate values on the product page.

The “Say It with a Heart” LED tea light holders are very quick to crochet and make a great gift or small token for many occasions—e.g. Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Valentine’s Day, or just because. The detailed pattern includes text, lots of pictures, and a crochet chart.

If my parents were still alive, I would always give them something that does them good and keeps them warm. In this case, it would be felted shoes to keep their feet warm. Felt wool reliably provides warmth without the foot overheating in it. Excess heat is released outward through the fibers. Felt wool does not absorb odors, and we make the sole non-slip so you can walk safely in them. I’ll show you different versions for this.

I hope you have lots of fun making them.
Warm regards from Ina

Felt booties
They are knitted in one piece and felted in the washing machine. You can knit them in two colors or even in multiple colors if you would like to use up your leftover felt wool.

Felt boots with a rolled cuff

This model is also very popular and keeps you just as warm. Here, the rolled cuff is sewn onto the finished felted shoe using a yarn of your choice. Before the rolled cuff is sewn on, it is always a ballet flat, which little girls love too. After that, you can make it even warmer by sewing on a rolled cuff in a matching color.

One more little tip: men tend to love muted colors ...

If your parents enjoy reading “real” books, why not make them happy with these heartfelt” bookmarks? And if you want to give them a little something extra, you could also add a matching book. You only need a few scraps of leftover yarn for the two bookmarks.

You can use this little bag with a heart pattern for all kinds of gifts: sweets, snacks, a nice bottle ... In any case, this packaging makes the gift more personal and shows that it truly comes from the heart.

“I love you,” says this little heart with 2 little bears,  for which you can also use leftover yarn. The heart measures about 11 x 11 cm and can also be used as a gift tag, flower pick, or pincushion.

People like flowers—at least most of them do. If you enjoy making flowers and your parents would be happy to receive such a gift, then I’d like to recommend this bouquet for you to recreate.

The camellias shown are about 28 cm tall, but you can, of course, make them taller or shorter. I made them out of photo cardstock, crepe paper, and wire. With a little crafting experience, the flowers are very easy to recreate.

Are you looking for a gift idea to say a heartfelt “thank you” for Mother’s Day or Father’s Day?

You can use these boxes to wrap small gifts, such as jewelry, candy, gift cards, or notes. They also make a cute storage solution and add a touch of charm to your home.

The pattern describes 4 box sizes. The smallest box is 6 cm wide and the largest is 10 cm wide. The height can be easily adjusted. Thanks to the detailed instructions with plenty of pictures and
crochet charts for each box, the pattern is also suitable for beginners. For the smallest box, you’ll only need about 20 g of yarn.

If you want to visibly express your gratitude and love, give this heart-shaped washcloth as a gift. You can also knit it as a pot holder—both will certainly be gratefully and joyfully received.

The cloth is quick and easy to knit, even for beginners with some knitting experience.
