Test Knitters Wanted

Hi everyone!

I’m looking for 3 reliable women and/or men for test knitting.

Specifically, I’m currently planning a baby blanket using yarn for 4 mm needles.

You should have:

- enough time to finish the blanket within 14 days.
- knowledge of the basic knit and purl stitches, yarn overs, knitting stitches together, and slipped-stitch decreases.

No sharing the pattern, good photos of the blanket that I can use for the presentation, happy for you to promote the pattern on social media, enough yarn… I take that for granted 😊

Solid color? What are the dimensions, please?

A standard baby blanket—meaning between 60x80 and 80x100 cm…
It does depend a bit on the individual knitter, especially since many won’t do a gauge swatch 😉

Solid color or made with gradient yarn/variegated yarn.

Josefa, I thought the term was funny, too. I’m curious to see what Nina has in store. 


“Wild” yarn…that’s yarn that has different colors. These colors alternate in relatively short intervals along the strand and “run wild” 😂
I’ve seen this, for example, with sock yarn that you use for other projects.
Here on my pom-pom hat (my photo), I also used some “wild” yarn. This creates all these different little “spots” of color.

That’s great.
Is there an official name for it? A short color gradient?
