Today I’d like to show you a few
little animals from my shop that are perfect as keychains or bag charms. But of course, they’re also great for playing with, since they fit in any pocket and can be taken anywhere. At the same time, these are projects that let you use up small amounts of colorful leftover yarn.

Aren’t these little
colorful kittens cute? They’re about 6 cm tall, and I have to keep making more because my granddaughters’ friends collect them in every color. So whenever I have a new color left over, I crochet another kitten...

And where there are kittens, mice aren’t far behind! These
colorful mice aren’t just cute keychains—they also make great toys for cats (especially when filled with catnip). Or you can give the mice as a little something extra along with other “mice” to accompany a cash gift.

And even more colorful little animals to use up leftover yarn—this time,
colorful little birds. Their tails and wings are made from real chicken feathers, which makes the birds look especially lifelike. Hung from a bouquet of flowering branches in the spring, they look particularly decorative.
