One-Skein Projects: Find Projects for One Skein of Yarn Here

2–3 patterns per author are enough. All patterns presented here must be doable with one skein of yarn, must not have been featured in the forum in the past 4 weeks, must have at least 10 sales and a CR of at least 3%. Don’t forget links, images, info, etc. 

For this crocheted headband 50 grams of yarn with a yardage of 125 m is enough. The headband can easily be crocheted in all sizes - simply leave out one pattern repeat or add more. 

You should know how to crochet single crochet, chain stitches, double crochet, and double crochets together for the bobbles. 

1 skein of yarn is a little treasure if you know what to do with it. Take a look at what you can make from it.

Depending on how thick your yarn is, the heart will turn out smaller or larger. You can use it as a bag charm, keychain, or scented hanger in your closet. You can also always crochet some in advance and give them to dear people as gifts.

Yes, you’re seeing that right. This 75 cm rug is crocheted from one jumbo skein of inexpensive acrylic yarn. The back is rubberized to make it non-slip.



Sandbag Doorstop
I use it all year round. It reliably holds all doors open and prevents them from slamming shut. It is crocheted from one 150 g skein of yarn. It is filled with pebbles.

You only need 10–15 g of cotton yarn, so even much less than 1 skein, for this beautiful crocheted Venetian-style carnival mask. You can also decorate it with rhinestones or sequins, depending on which costume you need it for.
The 7-page crochet pattern also includes a crochet chart for the design.
