Hardworking little helpers: How’s the weather where you are?

dear little helpers,
How are you all doing? What are you working on? How’s the weather where you are?

The weather here is a bit mixed today; it’s been dry from above so far, but it’s also very windy and chilly.
I’m still knitting my soul warmer, hoping it will finally be finished soon.

The weather is typical for April.
Sun and rain showers are taking turns.

Today it’s sunny and dry, but it was raining pretty hard until yesterday. And it’s suddenly gotten very chilly—we’re not used to that at all anymore!
I’ll finish the next few pieces for the Halloween decorations shortly; then I just have one more to make, and once I have everything, I can dive right into the Christmas decorations.

Here on the edge of the Swabian Alb, it’s cold and it keeps raining. You can’t get by without an umbrella. 

I’ve finished my pumpkin house. I really like it, and there are a few fewer scraps in the
box.

Here in the far north, it was cloudy with some sunshine here and there.
Just right for sitting in a recliner in the sunroom and knitting 😊
For some reason, I just can’t seem to get the second front piece off the needles—it’s taking forever, even though there are only a few rows left.... Maybe it’s because I have to pick up over 200 stitches from the edges to knit on the band 😕😝
Although it really can’t be “that bad.” I know the stitch counts for the left and right front pieces and the back piece. I just have to calculate based on 10 cm, mark the knitted piece every 10 cm with stitch markers, and off I go.... I still don’t like it, though.
So, audiobook on and knitting needles in hand—the cat next to me is already asleep... Then I’m ready to go... Final stretch.... Fingers crossed that I can stick with it 🌺
