For anyone looking for a more unusual version of a St. Nicholas boot, I’d like to suggest this dainty, feminine model. The rather small boot can be made slightly larger if needed: just extend the straight section of the shaft to the desired height.



The boot is made of photo cardstock and measures approx. 19 x 22 x 7.5 cm. With a little crafting experience, it is easy to make and also works without the crepe paper cap.

This St. Nicholas boot may be a bit chunky, but it’s quite roomy and much easier to make than the version above.



The boot measures approximately 18.5 x 21 x 9 cm and has practical cord handles for easy carrying.

Yes, there is still some time to go until St. Nicholas Day, but if, for example, you want to calmly make a St. Nicholas surprise yourself for 3 grandchildren, you should start now. My suggestion is an original St. Nicholas stocking. You can crochet it in the favorite colors of the recipients. First we crochet a few hexagons, which we then join together to make a stocking. Of course, you still have to fill it with treats, otherwise even the prettiest stocking is no good ;-) After December 6, it is still a beautiful Christmas decoration.
