I’d asked about this before—what’s the status of my slippers and their categorization? Should I edit them all again, or will you move them to “Slippers”?

I would remove ballerinas entirely, since they’re really just a type of slippers.

Thanks for moving the patterns yourself. The “Women’s -> Ballerinas” category has been deleted. All ballerinas can now be found under “Women’s -> Slippers.”

Oh, that’s too bad that you removed the “Ballerinas” category completely.
Ballerinas are still totally on trend, in all kinds of styles,
and I could imagine that people specifically search for ballerinas, or would have searched for them,
and then might only think to look under “slippers” later on, if at all.
Compared to the slightly trendier word “ballerina,” “slippers” just sounds a bit old-fashioned.
It would have been a nice selling point, for example over on Facebook when presenting the patterns, but you can still add that there if necessary.
But then again, I’m neither a programmer nor a salesperson, so hopefully you’ll have a better grasp of that than I do :)

Right at the beginning (2 1/2 years ago), I also thought there would be a lot more people looking for ballerinas, but experience has shown that they’re searching for slippers and then find ballerinas :-) Probably because people usually think of ballerinas as street shoes . . .
