A friend sent me this red-patterned fabric; I was able to use almost all of it, except for a few scraps. The light-colored hat is made from leftover fabric from my twinset

It’s definitely eye-catching, dear Inge. If your child wears that, you’ll spot them from a mile away. But kids do love bright, colorful clothes. I’m sure it’ll find a taker in no time.

so today, from scraps of my jeans, I made a pair of baby jeans and a little denim jacket, size 104; another pair of jeans in size 128 is still lying cut out on my table, and I’ll sew it in the next few days

Today I also received a fleece sweater and a fleece hooded jacket in size 110; I’ll drop them off tomorrow, and then I’ll start sewing the next batch of kids’ clothes.

Inge, your fleece sweaters are great. I sewed some for my kids back then, too—they loved them.
The kids will be very happy. The one on the bottom is sure to be a hit with that color choice.
