As for me, after an exciting week, I’m looking forward to some peace and quiet this weekend. No appointments, just a few short visits, no obligations. Everything nice and calm and relaxed—that’s the plan ;-) We want to keep making progress in the garden and tidy things up. Now that the 70 hedge trees have been planted, we need to cover the soil with bark mulch so it doesn’t dry out too quickly.

As for my needlework, I’ll definitely be fiddling a bit more with my sewing projects. But if the sun lures me outside, I’d rather be out there than at the sewing machine.

Thank you, everyone, for the kind wishes. I also wish everyone here a beautiful, sunny weekend. It’s going to be especially nice for me because I have a special day tomorrow. It’s still a bit too chilly to celebrate outside, but that’s okay. My granddaughter is also celebrating tomorrow—she’s already turning 6. My goodness, how time flies. Unfortunately, she lives too far away; otherwise, we’d be celebrating together. Maybe it’ll work out another year. Right now, we think twice about every trip before we start the car.

Thank you—I wish the same for everyone! And the weather seems to be cooperating so far; we have a beautiful blue sky here, and it’s already really warm on the balcony.
I’m waiting for a yarn delivery—it’s scheduled for today—and then I’ll get back to knitting.
Other than that, nothing is planned; everything will be decided as the mood takes me.

I have the late shift again tomorrow, but I’m off on Monday. Then I’ll sit out on the balcony in the sunshine, enjoy some spaghetti ice cream, and do some crocheting.
