Hedgehogs

I digitized these hedgehogs this afternoon and want to appliqué or embroider them onto some children’s items I plan to sew soon.

And did you digitize it as a fully embroidered design (it looks that way in the photo) or as a fabric appliqué?

@Petra: It fits in a 10x10 frame and is fully embroidered, but it also looks great as an appliqué on a backing fabric.
@Imelda: Being creative often distracts me from my physical *misery* ;-)—then I don’t think about it and I feel fine ;-) :-)

So yesterday I digitized the little hedgehog and today I did an initial test stitch-out (green) and found that it needs revising, then in red and
then found that it still needs another revision; now in brown it’s
presentable and can stay like this. It fits in a 10x10 hoop. That was my afternoon activity today, getting the hedgehog to the point where it can safely be embroidered onto children’s clothes. But I also want to show you that the first attempt usually still needs a few more revisions before it really looks right
