Merino wool is the fine, soft wool from Merino sheep.
It feels pleasantly soft against the skin, provides reliable warmth, and doesn't scratch. It is
breathable and can store a lot of heat, so it acts as insulation. The warmth is stored in the wool fibers, and only when there is too much heat is it released to the outside. In summer, the effect is reversed. Then it helps keep the skin pleasantly cool. So you have a natural air conditioner.
I love Merino wool and like to use it for baby clothes or for anything I want to feel especially comfortable in. Here are my suggestions for you. For more pictures, information, and the pattern, just click on the headings.
I hope you enjoy looking at them and making them yourself.

Wrap Cardigan and Hat for Babies in 2 Sizes
Soft Merino wool for soft baby skin. You can give this to any little baby and dress them in it with a clear conscience. Thanks to the wrap effect and the fold-up sleeves, the little cardigan will grow with the baby for a few months. The cable pattern is especially beautiful and decorative.
Timeless Baby Blanket
This baby blanket is also wonderfully cuddly, warm, and breathable, because it is made from Merino wool. The perfect gift for a baby. The pattern is the same on both sides, so there is no front or back.
White Short Poncho
You can wear it anytime, because it keeps you warm without making you sweat. It's called a short poncho because the arms are free, so it doesn't get in the way when doing things around the house or at the computer. I knitted this one for my friend, who sometimes wants to quickly put on something simple that keeps her warm. She needs freedom of movement for her arms at work and likes this design especially much for that reason.
