Buyers can't open the patterns because they aren't familiar with WinZip

I’ve already received a few inquiries because customers can’t open the ZIP files—they’re not familiar with WinZip. Could you please clearly state somewhere for customers that the patterns need to be opened with WinZip and include the link:

I’d be interested to know what operating systems these customers are using. On Windows, WinZip has been fully integrated since XP, so you can simply double-click to open ZIP files. Are we talking about mobile devices?

Unfortunately, I can’t open them either. I only use an iPad, and I can’t download patterns. Is there any way to do this? It would be great if someone could help me.

I can read and open plain PDF files on my iPad, but the patterns have to be extracted first, and that doesn’t work.

ZIP files are compressed files designed to reduce data transfer. There are various tools available for the iPad to unzip them and access the PDF. One of them is called iZip.

I just found it. The program I used is called Zip Viewer, and it works great. Thanks for the help.
