If you received some thick yarn as a gift, these designs might be just the thing for you

For this collar I used size 5.5 needles. I used 150 grams with a yardage of 85 m per 50 grams.

Knitting pattern for a cape - here I used needle sizes 7 and 8. I used 400 grams with a yardage of 100 m per 100 grams

Knitting doll clothes is especially enjoyable. This colorful cardigan with the hat fits dolls measuring approx. 43-50 cm, but also small newborns.

If you have toddlers you can knit for, then these leggings made from sock yarn are just the right thing now. They fit for quite a while (from ages 3-5) because they can grow with the child.

For a warm head, this eye-catching headband with its clever cable twist is a great project. I sometimes wear it as a loop scarf, too.

Were there 4-ply yarn cakes under the Christmas tree?

You can crochet Midori with them.

Would you rather crochet something to wear?
This RVO sweater is suitable for beginners and can be adapted
to your size.

Did you get gradient yarn as a Christmas gift?

How about using it to crochet a pretty market bag in Tunisian simple stitch? Have you never tried Tunisian crochet before? No problem: everything is explained in detail in the pattern. All you need in addition is a Tunisian crochet hook. While working, you can focus entirely on the new technique without having to pay attention to increases or decreases, because you only crochet a rectangle. This is then folded and sewn together. (That’s why this bag is also called an “Origami Bag.” The Tunisian simple stitch is very easy and shows off the color gradient beautifully.

Or would you rather crochet a shoulder wrap? The “Autumn Leaf” wrap captivates with its unusual shape. It is a little longer in the back, keeping your back nice and warm. The pattern is very easy, so you can even crochet the wrap while watching TV.

You can knit this wonderfully light sweater from gradient sock yarn. It has a lace pattern that repeats every 2 rows. The sweater can be made in sizes 36 - 46.
