Help with the pattern

Hi everyone,
could someone please help me understand this part of my pattern?
I’m knitting a sweater and I’m currently here:

Now, at the end of the right side row for the neckline, cast on 20 sts and continue working in the round = 168 sts [54 sts for the front and back and 30 sts for each sleeve].

I don’t understand the next part:

Repeat the increases in the front and back of the top-down women’s sweater every 2nd round 16 times and then every round 1 more time; at the same time, repeat the increases in the sleeves every 2nd round 16 times, every round 1 time, and every 3rd round 0 times. There are now 304 sts in the work: 88 on the front and back and 64 sts on each sleeve.
