Seamless (Top-Down) Sweater

Hi everyone,
could someone please help me understand this part of my pattern?
I’m knitting a sweater and am currently here:

Now, at the end of the right side row for the neckline, cast on 20 sts and continue working in the round = 168 sts [54 sts for the front and back and 30 sts for each sleeve].

I don’t understand the next part:

Repeat the increases on the front and back of the top-down women’s sweater 16 times every 2nd round, then repeat them once on every round; at the same time, repeat the increases on the sleeves 16 times every 2nd round, once on every round, and 0 times every 3rd round. There are now 304 sts in the work, 88 on the front and back and 64 sts on each sleeve.
