Side Sleeper Pillow

I sewed myself a side sleeper pillow, and I also sewed a cover for it; it’s definitely more hygienic. Since my nerve inflammation in the
lumbar spine area, I can’t lie on my side anymore without supporting my
hips and pelvis. I looked around online to see how they’re usually
sewn and came to the conclusion that beads aren’t going in mine,
because they slide away and don’t keep my pelvis level the way I
need it, so I got firm stuffing and filled it with that; now it’s the way
I need it.
I still had a leftover piece of summer sweatshirt fabric that was just right for it.
It is 150 cm long and 30 cm wide.
