Sewing Questions – What Topics Interest You?

Hello to all users and authors—
since the sewing section is pretty quiet right now, I’d like to use this thread to collect potential sewing topics that we could discuss one by one. Just post your suggestions here in the thread, and I’ll create separate threads for each topic.

So sewing isn’t really your thing?
Why is that, if I may ask?
We have so many wonderful sewing patterns in the shop.

I really love the sewing patterns. Even though I bought a new sewing machine just a few months ago, it usually comes down to *ahem* laziness on my part. 
I prefer it when I can get started right away with just a few supplies (e.g., yarn and knitting/crochet needles) without having to spend a long time preparing first (transferring the pattern, cutting out pieces, basting them together...).

It’s actually similar for me. Although the sewing itself usually goes faster, it still requires more preparation. You can also do crocheting and knitting “on the side” — in the evening while watching TV or together in a cozy group. Or on the balcony in the summer... That’s not possible with sewing. Still, I’d be interested in more sewing projects, too.
