Backpack Bag

So, my backpack bag is sewn. I also sewed on a bottle holder pocket on the right and a key strap on the front where I can hook my house keys within easy reach, so I don’t have to go diving into the depths of the backpack first. I drew the pattern myself yesterday and then sewed it today

your backpack is absolutely great! With that nautical pattern, it’s exactly my style. Backpacks aren’t really my thing, but I’d love to walk around with this one.

Thanks, Marlies. Even though I live deep in the interior, I have a soft spot for the Navy—both my parents and one of my brothers served, and my husband was in the Naval Air Force, so I’m totally *Navy-ized* ;-) :-) If my dad had let me, I would have joined the Navy too.

To go with my backpack, I’ve now made myself a new key pouch and a little bag for all the odds and ends a woman has to carry around :-)
