Dear Crazypattern Team,

On Saturday, I registered on your forum for the first time to purchase a pattern for a triangular shawl called “Dancing Flowers.” I transferred the amount of €3.50 to you via my bank, but I haven’t yet received any notification from you that I can download the pattern. What’s the reason for this?
I would appreciate your help.

welcome to our forum.
Banks don’t process bookings on Saturdays and Sundays. So the bank transfer takes a few days; that’s completely normal. Once the payment has been received, you can download your chosen pattern right away and get started.
In the meantime, would you like to try one of our free patterns?
