Getting patterns approved

Hello,

How long did it take for the patterns you uploaded to be approved?

I’ve been waiting since March 22, and I’ve already emailed support twice, but nothing has happened, which I find a little disappointing.... Does it always take this long, even if you’ve already uploaded patterns? What’s your experience with this?

Hi Claudia,
Initial approvals inevitably take longer, as both the uploads and the account—including the author—are thoroughly reviewed. The time it takes depends on the volume of new authors, which is currently very high.
Please be patient.
