How was your Christmas? How did things go with the storm?

was Christmas good—or at least okay? How did things go with the storm? Are you all okay?

Storm? Where was the storm? Here it was just a slightly stronger wind—very cold, but no rain or snow.

Christmas wasn’t very nice this year—it was too quiet. Usually, everyone gathers at my place—the kids and grandkids—but this year, the only sign that it was Christmas was the tree. It wasn’t nice at all—it was too quiet. Even my husband thought it was too quiet, and he usually loves his peace and quiet more than anything.
I really missed the kids and grandkids this year.

I didn’t notice anything of the storm; maybe there was a strong wind.

Christmas was quiet. My daughter was there with her girls. They were below the balcony and we were on it.

I hope this time passes quickly.
