Hi,
maybe someone can help me. Now that the discount week at WollLolli has ended, I wanted to lower the prices on some of my products here and there. I did that, as always, for each pattern, and it was confirmed. But now that I went back into my shop, all the discounts have disappeared! However, when I go to the individual product to enter the discount, the system tells me I’ve already set a discount! But it’s not showing up at all!
Can someone possibly explain this to me?

Hi there,

I had the same problem during the last discount promotion.
You’re always supposed to wait 3 days before the next discount promotion.
I’d guess it’ll take 2 days before you can discount your products again.

I just waited 2 days, and then it worked.
Or it’s best to contact support, then it’ll probably be faster.

I’ve had this problem quite a few times, too. I always ended up messaging Alexander directly. I don’t know what keeps going wrong there either.
