Fall Walk in the Park

On the first weekend of fall this month, we took a walk in the park in Bad Füssing—in beautiful summer weather. What I especially like about the park is that there are very naturally landscaped areas, including some with herbs for various ailments. I captured a few moments in photos and am sharing them with you.

All I have to share today is a view of my garden....
My walk today was rather short—it’s been raining all morning,
and I have a little “emergency” that needs to be taken care of and monitored.
This morning, a bat was lying on its back next to the garden entrance 🙁 The little guy needed help right away, so off he went into a small cardboard box with a “cozy blanket.” Please keep your fingers crossed that he’ll be able to fly off again tonight. The wildlife rescue group wasn’t much help... They can’t come pick him up, and I don’t have a car. She said that if he gets some warmth and rest now, that should be enough. They couldn’t do much more for such a tiny animal anyway... I feel a little left on my own... 

.....Bad Füssing is really beautiful, too—I was there a few years ago in a RV.... 😍😍😍
