Have you bought any supplies yet in 2016?

Did you have a spare minute in 2016 to buy or order supplies for more beautiful crafts?

I’ll admit, the new year was only a few days old when I already added to my yarn stash. ;-)
Even though my boxes are about to burst at the seams—I just can’t resist beautiful yarn. :-)
I also added a few lovely crochet hooks to my collection.

Oh yes, I’ve already bought quite a bit of yarn, too.
The problem is always that I never really have the right yarn—or enough of it—at home for my projects and ideas. So I keep adding more and more.
I also got some new crochet hooks, since I’d like to try something new.
And I had to restock a few other supplies as well.

New year, new luck!

I wish all designers a wonderful and, above all, successful 2016. Most of all, I hope the sense of community continues to be as strong as it has been so far. That’s what I love about CP.

Since I also run a small yarn shop, I placed most of my orders for spring and summer yarns back in the fall. But they won’t be delivered until early February. I’m already excited about all the new colors.
This summer’s trends: bright fruit colors, denim shades, vintage colors, ribbon yarns, and of course still great gradient yarns, plus brand-new yarn with integrated buttons, little flowers...
Let’s see what I can come up with.

But I also had to reorder winter and felting wool this week.
Cuddly yarns are also really popular right now...
