☞ Question of the Week: How many craft projects did you have in 2015?

Dear readers and authors, I’d love to know how many projects you completed or designed in 2015. Everything counts.
Just post your number here in this thread. If you’d like, you can also share how many projects you plan to tackle in 2016.
 

I knitted and crocheted around 45–50 projects in total, and did about 25–30 craft projects.
As for 2016, ask me something easier. It depends on how things go with my finger joint—possibly a lot fewer.

Since I design my own projects, it always takes me a little longer to finish one. My goal is to create one design per month, and I managed to stick to that pretty well last year. Including a few smaller projects I squeezed in “in between,” that brings me to about 16.

I have the same goal for next year—one new design per month, with smaller items like socks worked on in between. ☺

150 knitted/crocheted and 20 crafted/sewn :-)

Since the projects varied in size, I can’t really reconstruct that anymore.
However, at the beginning of THIS year, I had resolved to list all the knitted and crocheted items by the number of meters of yarn used. Unfortunately, I haven’t kept it up to this day, but by the middle of the year, I had used about 16 km of yarn.
As a “reward,” I wanted to drive with my partner at the end of each month a distance roughly equal to the amount of yarn I’d used up so far that year. The destination was always a café or something similar.
It was a good idea, and we actually did it a few times. It always felt good to “translate” the kilometers driven (by car) into wool.

though. But maybe it’s a good idea for you!

I just had to count them. It turned out to be 60 patterns. I wouldn’t have thought that myself. 14 of them have been translated into English so far. So there’s still room for improvement.
In 2016, I’d naturally like to write more patterns. But first, I always have to sort through the ideas. Not every idea I have in my head can be easily turned into a pattern. I haven’t planned a fixed number.
