You can use up lots of leftover cotton yarn to crochet this tablecloth.

You’ll crochet individual flowers, and on the final round, you’ll crochet them together with the ones you’ve already made. This way, you can keep changing the shape over and over again.

Do you have a lot of leftover yarn and individual skeins left over? Then this triangular shawl might be just the thing for you.

The pattern goes over two rows, and the shawl is worked from top to bottom. You should be familiar with single crochet, chain stitches, and double crochet.

Also made from leftover yarn and very quick to finish is this collar scarf, which can also be knitted from sock yarn. Perfect for anyone who doesn’t like traditional scarves or turtlenecks. It still keeps your neck and nape protected.

This little sweater with a side button placket fits a doll that’s about 40–50 cm tall, but also a small newborn. It can be knitted quickly from leftover cotton yarn and is guaranteed to bring great joy when given as a gift.

Knitted top-down with raglan shaping and easy to knit.

You can also use small amounts of leftover yarn for the fun ballerina bookmark.
The bookmark is very easy and quick to crochet, even for beginners, and is an original accessory for book fans:

Leftover Yarn Weekend!

Would you perhaps like to crochet a few hand puppets so your children don’t get bored at home? Here you can let your imagination run wild, and the children can pick out the yarn for the clothes themselves from your leftover yarn.

With the Basic Hand Puppet Starter Set, you can crochet the 6 most important puppets for Punch and Judy theater: Kasperl, Gretel, Grandmother, Seppel, Crocodile, and Robber. With those, you can already act out most Punch and Judy plays.

If you then want to crochet more hand puppets, you’ll find the patterns for them here in my store!

Were you thinking of a smaller project? Then go ahead and crochet a pretty, simple Easter decoration from your leftover yarn!

These cute little chickens are quick and easy to crochet. You can also give them as a small, loving Easter message, because the body and the feet are each shaped like a heart—that says it all, doesn’t it?
Here’s the crochet pattern for the “Heartfelt Little Chickens”!

You can use lots of leftover yarn for this colorful sea of flowers—the more colorful, the prettier.

With the finished crochet flowers, you can decorate scarves, shirts, bags, or cushions. Of course, you can also use them as cheerful, colorful gift tags or to decorate homemade birthday cards!

Difficulty level: very easy, suitable for beginners

You can get the pattern for the crochet flowers, which can be combined in new ways again and again, here

Do you still have small scraps of scrubby yarn?

For the shell face pads, you only need 8 grams of scrubby yarn (16 grams for the closed version) per shell. The shells look great in almost any color and, paired with a nice shower gel, for example, make a lovely little gift that instantly brings a bit of vacation feeling.

The shells can be used as face pads for daily facial care, but also as decorations.

The PDF file includes a detailed crochet pattern, a crochet chart, and, of course, many detailed step-by-step photos that make it very easy even for beginners to follow along.
It uses chain stitches, slip stitches, single crochet, half double crochet, and double crochet.

You can get the crochet pattern for the shell face pads here
