Dear users, dear authors,
the month is over. The winners for the month of June will be honored here in this thread.

You can read up on the June projects there:
June projects: win great titles + meet nice people online (No advertising )

Taking part in the June final sprint / the June awards ceremony: How does it work?
If you would like to take part, please copy the section below between the asterisks here in this post into your own text field and fill it out accordingly, or check whichever applies. Of course, you can delete anything that does not apply.

When does it start?
The June awards ceremony will take place around July 2/3. But I will also add you later.

Who can take part in the awards ceremony?
Every user and every author with an account at Crazypatterns can take part here. Just write a post here in the final sprint thread and you’re in. :- )

Every (small ) step counts.
No one writing here, no user and no author, goes home without an honorary title or without extra karma points. If someone had a very stressful everyday life / many everyday challenges in June, that can also be recognized with a suitable honorary title or extra karma points if desired. If necessary, I’ll come up with a title that fits the individually mastered challenges.

Earn extra points / bonus points and improve your karma:
- For (your own uploaded ) photos, there are of course always extra points. Please do not upload images that belong to others. I have to remove third-party images.
- Handmade items that are given to dear people as gifts also earn extra points, to acknowledge the time / effort / energy spent on them.
--> please provide the relevant details here in the thread.
- Feedback for our authors ( e.g. reviews, comments, etc. ) is also always rewarded with extra points.

June Heat King/Queen
[X] I bravely weathered the June heat.
Details: Everything’s easier on vacation, and I managed the heat well with walks in the forest and swimming in Wolfgangsee.

Yarn Diet / Yarn Emperor/Empress / Willpower Champion in June

I haven’t bought any yarn since mid-April. Let’s see how long I can keep it up.

I didn’t get much done because of the vacation.

I finished a jacket for Anton and made some improvements to it, since my first attempt at the zipper didn’t turn out well.

And I’ve finished another hand puppet. It turned out to be the king. I also made some herbal oil using freshly harvested herbs

[ ] I didn’t buy any yarn in June and have therefore earned the title of Yarn Empress for June.

Sock Queen / Sock King in June
Despite the heat, I finished knitting the first hiking sock for my husband—the second one has progressed up to and including the heel.

Hard-Working Little Helper in June
Well, I’ve been more productive before:
2 dishcloths, duck and owl
the foldable bag finished (picture) and given away
crocheted a summer dress for Barbie (picture)
knitted a mouse in overalls for our second grandchild’s 8th birthday (picture)
crocheted an eco-friendly net (picture)

Wallflower Saviour in June
The pattern for the foldable bag had been lying around for quite a while.

Saviour of the Unruly Yarn / Unruly Material—which used to be called “Stepchild Yarn Saviour” //
“Stepchild Material Saviour” in June
The bouclé yarn I used to knit the mouse really tested my patience.
Unfortunately, there’s still more than one ball left!

Start of summer / the gardening season
I hardly used the cozy blanket at all last month. Instead, I used the late evening hours to knit or crochet in the garden.

Thanks, Josefa! I think this awards ceremony is just a great idea—so motivating to keep at it! And you always phrase it so creatively. I’m already looking forward to the next one!
