This balloon cover is great for any season. Use it outdoors in the garden during the summer, and when the weather’s bad, you can play with the lightweight ball indoors too.

Whether for the very little ones to grab and crawl after, or for throwing, rolling, and kicking.

Individual granny squares are crocheted and then sewn together at the end. The balloon can be replaced through a hidden opening.

Here you’ll find the pattern, yarn, and color suggestions.

A sleeping bag for the tiniest dolls and favorite stuffed animals. It’s quick to knit—using leftover yarn—and comes in two different versions. Each has a different knitting pattern.

Ideal for beginners. Basic knitting skills should be enough.

These cute pants, available in two different styles, fit dolls measuring 40–50 cm.
To go with them, there’s a Schlüttli (RVO) with a hat or a sweater (RVO) with a side button placket.
All pieces are very easy to knit, even for beginners with some knitting experience.

This cuddly little bear for babies is super easy to knit—even for beginners. All you need is leftover yarn and special washable stuffing.

There’s also perfectly matching (protective) clothing for this little bear (35–40 cm)—a sleeping bag and a matching raglan sweater (raglan worked from the bottom up). That way, the bear doesn’t need to be washed as often. ;-)

This simple striped pair of pants for teddy bears (approx. 40 cm tall) is very easy for beginners with basic knowledge to knit. It’s also a great way to use up leftover yarn.

Even the very small teddy bears are happy to have pretty clothes. This jacket is also easy to crochet from leftover yarn—also suitable for beginners with crochet experience.

For teddy bears measuring 25–30 cm, this raglan sweater (raglan from the bottom up) is a lovely project. I designed it to fit my Fynn exactly.

I also designed these summer clothes for Fynn, who looks very sporty in them. Also very easy to knit.

Kids love playing all by themselves in their rooms sometimes. Since they’re usually not allowed to lock their doors, a door guard like this comes in handy. It clearly shows whether the coast is clear or not. A very popular gift for kids of all ages! :)

The door guard comes in two versions: an owl and a little bear. It’s best to crochet both right away and give the parents a door guard as well.

Note: Both are also available individually in my shop.

You can do so much with these cute gnomes. They can be filled with little treasures, prepared as an Advent calendar, and even used as egg cozies on the breakfast table.

There is even a gnome house for the gnome family, where lots of things can be hidden too. It can also be used as a utensil or roll basket.

Everything is easy to crochet, even for beginners with basic knowledge. A lovely project for lots of colorful leftover yarn.

Chugga chugga choo choo, the train...
Even the littlest ones have lots of fun with this crocheted train. It is sturdy and can handle being tossed around now and then. Little dolls can ride along in the locomotive and the cars, and it is so soft and cuddly that it can even come to bed at night.

The train is crocheted from cotton yarn (125 m/50 g) in any color you like. The cars are coupled together with hook-and-loop fasteners.

You can buy the pattern for the train locomotive + cars in the affordablebundle
.
Of course, you can also get the patterns individually if you would like to crochet
only the locomotive
or
 just one car
(e.g., as a circus car or construction trailer).
Have fun!

Knitting Pattern for Doll Shoes

Depending on the needle size and the yarn’s yardage, these little shoes have a sole length between 6 and 7.5 cm. You should be comfortable using a set of double-pointed needles and know how to knit and purl. The decorative seam was crocheted but is optional.

A lovely project for using up even small yarn scraps.

The dinos are on the loose and taking over the garden

Crochet pattern for an approx. 31 cm tall dino. The front and back pieces are crocheted, then crocheted together with a contrasting color.

The ideal playmate even for the littlest ones, as there are no extra parts that have been attached or sewn on.

Knowledge of single crochet, chain stitches, and slip stitches is required.

Depending on the hook size and yarn yardage, the little bunny can be 25–28 cm tall. The front and back pieces are crocheted together; only the little tail needs to be sewn on at the end.

Basic knowledge of single crochet, slip stitches, and chain stitches is required.

The forklift is a great toy for little vehicle fans! You can put little dolls inside, and the forks can be raised so you can use it to transport things.
All you need are a few leftovers of cotton yarn, a crochet hook, straws, a small cleaning sponge, craft stuffing, and mini craft sticks (available at craft stores).
You can find the pattern here!

Finger puppets are quick to crochet and always a welcome little gift in a household with children. Younger children in particular, who can’t yet handle the larger hand puppets properly, love them for their role-playing games. They’re also so small that you can always have them with you, for example to shorten long waiting times.

Crochet a few now and then from your leftover yarn, and you’ll always have some in stock, because they won’t stay with you for long!
A few suggestions for finger puppets from my shop:

Jungle animals: lion, monkey, hippo

 Hedgehog couple Anny and Bruno

spooky ghosts

Clown Pippo
You can find more finger puppets in my shop in the Finger Puppets collection

Tarte au citron - this delicious classic from French patisserie belongs on every (children’s) coffee table, in every play shop, and in every play kitchen.

This little treat requires nothing more than basic crochet stitches and a little bit of crafting skill. After all, you’ll need to sew the meringue fan and the lemon slice onto the tart - otherwise, we can’t call it Tarte au citron ;-)

Sweet as sugar - but guaranteed to be calorie-free.

You can find the pattern here

Children need cuddly toys! Everyone probably has their favorite animal that goes everywhere with them and is indispensable for falling asleep. Of course, a cuddly toy crocheted especially by Mom or Grandma is something very special.
In my shop, you’ll find plenty of patterns to choose from.

Here are a few examples:
Squirrel Kiki
Elephant at the Beach
Alpaca Pamina
Cuddly Bunny Hoppel

Especially now in the summer, when kids play outside a lot, a hobby horse like this is perfect for letting off steam.
This one is something very special:
Violetta the unicorn is crocheted from cozy, soft yarn. A pool noodle cut in half serves as the handle. This minimizes the risk of injury, and Violetta can even serve as a mount in the living room when the weather is bad. And if your little one just can’t bear to part with her, she can even come to bed with her at night, because everything is soft and you can’t scratch yourself or bump into anything.
You can find the crochet pattern for Violetta here!

Berry season!
Of course, these delicious fruits are a must for the play shop too!
The little basket contains raspberries, blackberries, currants, strawberries, blueberries, and cherries—all crocheted from a bit of leftover yarn. The fruits are roughly life-size, so you can also use the basket and its contents as a table decoration.

And if you have a man at home or in the family who is good with woodworking (or if you can work with wood yourself), you can also build matching doll beds. If you like, you can sew the bedding yourself and crochet cute pillows to go with it. If you start now, you’ll have the loveliest Christmas gifts for your daughter or granddaughter ;-)

Here you can find the complete bed set and more pictures and information.

I hope you enjoy this project too - Ina

For both patterns, I used a cotton yarn with a yardage of 125 m/50 g and crocheted with a size 3 crochet hook . Thanks to the many pictures, the patterns are also suitable for ambitious beginners .

The variety of play possibilities is endless: You can make great toys out of paper, too. Here’s an example: a paper doll with two fashion collections!

The especially great thing about this game—it can be expanded endlessly: To make new clothes, all you need is paper, pens, scissors, and a little imagination and drawing talent.

The Mila doll is approx. 25.6 cm tall and only needs to be printed out, glued onto sturdier paper, and cut out. For the starter set, you can also download the summer and autumn collection right away.

Of course, vegetables are also sold in the play shop, and the thoughtful doll mom naturally also makes sure there is healthy food. The following vegetables can be found in the basket: leeks, cauliflower, corn, bell peppers, tomatoes, zucchini, eggplant, carrots, and kohlrabi.
Everything can be crocheted from leftover yarn.

The Witch Wackelzahn adds to the series of hand-crocheted hand puppets. She’s not hard to crochet, and you can use leftover yarn for this character. If it looks a little patched together, that doesn’t matter at all - quite the opposite, because Wackelzahn doesn’t pay much attention to her clothes!

Here are a few more doll dresses for Barbie dolls. All of them can be crocheted from leftover yarn.
4 in 1
You can crochet four different doll dresses with this pattern. They all have a practical cowl neckline, so the dresses can be easily slipped on and don’t need any closures.

 2 in 1

Long or short? Which version of this rainbow dress do you like better? Or will you crochet both versions? Depending on which color you choose for the top, the dress looks completely different. There’s also a matching little bag.

If you have a child or grandchild with a Puky, tricycle, or balance bike, there’s just one thing missing—this bag to attach to it. Then their favorite stuffed animal can come along for the ride, or they can take a few treasures with them on the go.

A great Christmas or birthday gift!

You should have good crochet experience.

This cute, colorful cardigan with the matching fun hat will make every doll mom cheer. Her little darling will look good enough to eat in it.

There are matching leggings too, so the doll doesn’t have to get cold. Very easy to make.
