How’s it going?

I’ll get started then....
I was very happy with May! I really like my new job, and our daughter’s confirmation was also very nice. The weather was so-so, but summer is definitely on its way! As far as crafts go, I didn’t get much done, but the bird nests were for a good cause, and that was important to me. I crocheted my shawl as part of a contest, so there’s no photo yet, and our little tomcat loves his new basket. I’ll keep working through my yarn stash—right now I’m crocheting pincushions for my daughter (13), who loves to sew. My cold is almost gone, and I hope June turns out to be a nice month.

I’m checking May off the list and focusing on June.

Right now, “ideas in my head” and “things not turning out the way I want” are at odds.
