Weekend Plans: I hope you all have a great weekend.

Dear users, dear authors,
the week is over. What are your plans?

Hey there. Other than voting, I don’t have anything planned for this weekend. Right now, Anton is sleeping, I’m getting the bread dumplings ready for tonight, and later we’re going to parent-child gym class. 

I don’t have anything planned either, except for some crafts, tidying up, and doing laundry. On Sunday, I’ll be voting; I also want to go through my school supplies, and maybe—if I can muster the motivation—study a little.

I have to work starting at 4:00 p.m. today, but before that, I have to take care of some household chores. I feel like I haven’t had a chance to pick up my knitting needles at all lately… maybe I’ll get around to it tomorrow, unless we decide to do something spontaneous.

Tidying up the balcony.

We (my husband, me, our son, daughter-in-law, and our 8-month-old grandson) are going to browse an arts and crafts market in Bernau (Brandenburg) today. I’m really looking forward to marveling at all the handmade items offered by the roughly 50 vendors. Everything there is handmade, and for me, one booth is more exciting than the next. I’ll pick up a little something or two and, of course, have a chat with the vendors. And there’s always something good to eat and drink there too: all locally sourced and homemade. It was a lovely day!
