Do you have time for crafts over the holidays?

Dear users, dear authors,
how are you spending the holidays? Do you have time for crafts?

Since the holiday has been abolished for us Protestants in Austria, I have to work tomorrow—and I’ll probably even have to work overtime. But I’ll be taking it easy for the rest of the Easter holidays: spending Easter Sunday in my parents’ garden with my son, enjoying Easter treats, Easter baskets, little bunnies, and baked goods, all surrounded by family. Of course, some crafting is a must—I’m already looking forward to sewing with my mom.

Since I just dropped my husband off at the rehab clinic, I’ll be spending Easter alone. I’m invited to brunch on Sunday, and that’s all I have planned. I’m going to take the Easter holidays as they come and just do whatever I feel like—the weather’s supposed to be absolutely gorgeous, after all.
So I’ll definitely have time for some crafting.

I’ll have plenty of time to crochet tomorrow and on Saturday.

Not on Easter Sunday or Monday, though.

On Sunday, we’re invited over for breakfast, then we’re heading to
the summer toboggan run, and in the evening we’re having a barbecue.
On Monday, we’re attending a birthday party.

I’ll be working again on Saturday, and on Monday we’re having a family gathering. But tomorrow and Sunday, I’m sure I’ll get a lot of knitting done. On the sofa, on the balcony, and maybe even on a park bench "smile"

Yes, I have time to knit, and I can even do some sewing over Easter :-) Since we aren’t having guests over—we’re the ones visiting others :-)—I can organize my time however I’d like.

Yes. Right now I’m knitting a baby blanket—a gift for a new baby. We’re having a cozy time at home today; everyone is doing what they love.

But there’s still a lot to prepare for Easter Sunday, so I won’t have much time for my knitting tomorrow or Sunday. However, I’ll have all of Monday to myself, so hopefully I’ll be sitting in the garden and knitting.

Unfortunately, I don’t have any time—I’m the unlucky one and have to work every day, and to make it worth it, I’m doing 12-hour shifts.
Oh well, the kids are grown up and no longer live at home.

I’m also looking forward to spending plenty of time knitting and crocheting in the garden while the weather is perfect.

I wish everyone here a happy Easter and hope the Easter Bunny is hard at work.
